All items are handmade to order making them truly unique, just for you. Please remember in  busy times i am just a one woman business and i will do my absolute best to help you.

What happens once I have placed my order?

I will start work on your order as soon as possible. Once your order is ready it will be checked then lovingly packaged by me and dispatched. I will let you know once your order is on its way.

Please remember I am doing the making, packaging, replying to emails etc (as well as trying to keep a toddler out of trouble!) so all orders will be processed within 5 working days under normal conditions for personalised items and during busy times please allow 14 working days for dispatch.

If you need your jewellery faster please email me and I really will try get it to you sooner (I am famous for buying presents at the last minute!)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, i ship to certain countries. Please email me at saltandwild@hotmail.com before placing an order

What if I need to change my shipping address?

For any changes please email me ASAP at saltandwild@hotmail.com. I can not be responsible if you have provided the wrong address.

How are your orders packaged?

All the packaging I use is recycled, reusable and recyclable. This includes the parcel box. Where possible I use a box that will fit through your letterbox.

The only exception is the tape. I am using up my tape that is plastic (it’s always better to use things up) and then I am switching to plastic free tape as well. This is one of my 2020 goals!

What payment methods do you take?

At present we take all major cards and you have the option to pay using PayPal. I am looking into ways to be able to spread the cost but please bear with me!

What is your returns policy?

You have a 14 day cooling off period from the day you receive your jewellery (for online purchases only). I will offer a refund or exchange on all pieces except for those that are: Personalised or customised, made to measure, bespoke or custom made and pierced jewellery such as earrings.

What if it's faulty?

I check every piece of jewellery that goes out before it is packaged. However, in the unlikely event that it is faulty please email me at saltandwild@hotmail.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item and I will advise you what to do next.
