I aim to create and dispatch your products as soon as they are available. Many items are made to order and therefore a dispatch time of seven working days applies to most products. Please allow a longer time frame during busy periods
Standard postage within the UK is FREE on all orders.

All UK orders to a value of £100 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. For orders above £100, orders are sent by Royal Mail special delivery. Estimated delivery time from receipt of order is 10 working days.
Damage & Returns
I want you to be completely happy (actually I want you to be over the moon) with your purchase. I quality check all products before posting. In the unlikely event that any damage should occur during transit, please notify us within 7 days. Damaged goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Photographic evidence will be required.
Each piece of Salt & Wild jewellery is produced here on the South coast of England. If you would like to see more images of a piece before you purchase please ask. Once the piece of silver jewellery is shipped to you it should be exactly what you are expecting. If for any reason you are unhappy with it please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com (This must be done within 7 days of receiving your jewellery).
We will accept items that have not been worn or damaged in anyway. The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any earrings unless faulty
We advise you use a tracked service when returning things to us as we can not be responsible delayed, stolen or lost packages, as we have no control over this. Please ensure you package the items securely, retain a tracking number if there are any problems. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
